Muay Thai Boot Camp
New for 2009

Condition yourself the way the Pros do with a program that is tailored to your individual needs. Our Muay Thai Boot Camp is perfect for those over 50 or for those who want a program to reduce the stress in their lives. Get a low impact workout that the Pros get without stepping into a cage.
How the Boot Camp works
Royal Court’s Muay Thai Boot Camp will challenge you to get your body looking the way you want it to while taking your current fitness level to new heights. It is a fact that the same old gym routine will allow your body to adapt and prevent you from seeing the results you are working so hard for. Not only do these standard workouts leave you without results, they are boring and tedious giving you no motivation to go and workout. The solution is to join Royal Court’s Fitness Boot Camp. In addition to exciting, new workouts every day, forcing your body to continually work, you will be exercising with a team. That will help encourage and motivate you. Royal Court’s Fitness Boot Camp is a way to reach your fitness goals by working with an enthusiastic and experienced instructor who will push you with new work out routines and a friendly team environment for support.
Getting Started
Sit back and daydream about the perfect you. Think about how it would feel to lose unwanted pounds; How it would feel to gain muscle mass, have more energy, and look better in a mirror. Think about the confidence you would gain in day-to-day life by being happier with the way you look. Now take those thoughts and put them into action by joining Royal Court’s Fitness Boot Camp. It's simple really; Royal Court will offer weekly workout classes and motivating teammates. All you need to do is join.
Teamwork
It is always more fun to work out with people you know, so Royal Court encourages you to sign up with a friend or a group of friends. By doing this, someone you know can hold you accountable for coming to class, eating right, and sticking with the Boot camp challenge. If you can't persuade a friend to join you, don't worry, Royal Court will put you together with other Boot camp teammates to help encourage and keep you on track.
