Master Jeff C. Growel has over 20 years of experience in helping men, woman and children to better themselves through Martial Arts, Yoga, and Wellness training. He is a multiple Black Belt holder and has experience in over 10 different martial art styles. Mr. Growel is only one of a handful of instructors in the world certified by the World Chung Do Mu Sool Won association to teach their rare and ancient  Korean Royal Court Martial Art. He is also the creator of M.A.S.T.E.R. (motion awareness & safety training for employee readiness) and is co-responsible for creating Safety techniques for Harley Davidson Motor Company. These techniques are based on Martial Arts stretching and Yoga movements. M.A.S.T.E.R. training has a 95% success rate with Harley  Davidson employees in countering, levitating and educating the harmful effects of "non-awareness" in daily activity and repetitious work. This includes the daily employees regime of standing, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing and breathing in their fast paced work environment and lifestyle. Mr. Growel has worked for Harley Davidson for 14 years and as taught Martial Arts and wellness for the past 12 years for the company. He still studies Martial Arts and Yoga to further his education on proper body movement, mechanics and wellness.

Terry Hobbs - Was born and raised in Milwaukee WI. His high school sports were three years of gymnastics, one year football, and one year of wrestling. At the age of fifteen He began in the martial arts. “My first martial art was a Japanese style of Karate. At the age of eighteen I moved to the Chinese arts. When I was twenty I went into the Marines for six years. There I taught Close Combat to the largest rifle company in the marines. After the Marines I went on to the Korean arts were I studied four different styles of Tae Kwon Do and have reached the rank of third degree black belt. I am now studying Chung Do Mu Sool Won and feel like I have finally found the art I have been searching for. It is complete in every way and is a no nonsense art. I have been lucky enough to work for Harley Davidson for the past seven years and hope to have many more. I have competed in the ring extensively and have compiled eighty four local trophy’s, five state medals, and a 1993 USA bronze medal. I have found that good health and hard work are the building blocks to a great life. I live in Oak Creek, have been married twenty seven years, and have three children.  All of my children have been trained in the martial arts. I can only hope it fills their life like it has mine”.

Celina Growel - Began studying Women’s Self-Defense in 1996 under various instructors.  In 2001, she became one of few females to learn the rare Royal Court self-defense system, Chung Do Mu Sool Won, under Master Michael Augsburger. Celina’s other interest includes honoring her Mohawk heritage as a Pow Wow dancer. She is the head female dancer for the Dekalb, NIU gathering and Rockford Illinois gathering under the mounds. Her Native American dancing instructor is Miami tribe member and Chung Do Mu Sool Won Master, Michael Augsburger. Jim Yenter Mr. Yenter has been with Royal Court Academy since the beginning. His martial arts training started in his early 20’s in Shorin-Ryu Karate. After 4 years in that system he achieved the rank of 4th Kyu. After getting married and starting a family he took some time off from training. Many years later the Martial arts bug bit him again but he wanted to see what other styles were out there. “When Mr. Growel introduced Chung Do Mu Sool Won to Harley Davidson I was hooked. I have been training in this art for the last 7yrs. Chung do’s flowing movements, extensive weapon forms and superior self defense skills make this the art I have always been looking for. I currently hold black belts in both Tae Kwan Do and Chung Do Mu Sool Won. I work and teach at Harley-Davidson Capitol Dr. Plant. I also train in Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jujitsu, Thai kickboxing and Kali. My personal goal is to help my students reach their full potential through Martial arts training.

Adam Lueder began training at Royal Court Academy in Feb of 2004 with no prior experience in martial arts.  Through hard work and perseverance he received his 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is working towards a black belt in Chung Do Mu Sool Won.  He is a certified womens self defense instructor through Mike Vaughn's Personal Protection Program. Adam teaches kids classes from 4 years old on up to adult.  “I have never been so passionate and dedicated with anything in my life than I have with martial arts.  It has truly brought out the best in me.  I am in better shape now than ever before both physically and mentally”. Adam is a full time employee at Royal Court Academy and is available for group and or private instruction.

Joe Daniel - trained in the early and late seventies in boxing and tae kwon do. He is an excellent instructor who truly enjoys working with children. Joe has been instrumental in developing children programs that increase focus, better behavior at home and better grades in school.

“I always had an interest in the martial arts but never developed the passion to take it to the next level.  My interests changed and I pursued other endeavors.  My physical fitness drifted to wellness and weight training.  Martial arts did not resurface again in my life until I had a child of my own. When he reached an age where he could appreciate it, I returned to the world of martial arts. My intent was to find a studio that had a program that would benefit my son for his entire life. I found such a program under the direction of Master Jeff Growel. Fascinated by the styles that Master Growel had to offer, I also decided to join. I have been with Royal Court from its beginning. There has been no looking back. To date I hold a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and continue to further my training in Chung Do Mu Sool Won. I also continue to train in the other styles that Royal Court has to offer. I have been a children’s instructor since early 2005. My mission is to have a positive impact on my students through the benefits of martial arts training and instill positive life skills that produce successful adults.”

David Woznicki - Dave began his martial arts training with Jeff Growel in 1993 and has been with the Royal Court Academy since its infancy. He has studied under Mr. Growel continuously with only minor lapses caused by his pursuit of a Bachelors and Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from Marquette University.  Dave currently holds a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and is pursuing his black belt in Chung Do Mu Sool Won. “I have always had a passion for martial arts. I attribute my continued interest to not only in the extensive Chung Do Mu Sool Won curriculum but also the confidence and enthusiasm that Jeff brings to the art.  I have always been very confident in Jeff’s instruction, so much that I have introduced much of my family to martial arts through Jeff.  My wife, father, brother, uncle and aunt have all trained under him.” Dave is licensed practicing environmental engineer in the Milwaukee area.
